Following assessment, the proposed therapy plan will be discussed with the patient and the most appropriate psychotherapy models will be tailored to their needs to formulate an open, integrative form of psychotherapy that adapts to their unique needs, depending on their challenges, their goals, their expectations and their aspirations.
